Kulichevsky is an Aeronautical Engineer, Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Technology. He worked for more than 10 years at the National Atomic Energy Commission, specializing in fluid-induced vibrations in nuclear power plant components. Twelve years ago, he joined the National Commission on Space Activities, where he was:
- Responsible for the Flight Segment of the SAOCOM project,
- Project Manager SARE 2A,
- Deputy to the Executive and Technical Director Executive and Technical Director of CONAE since July 2018
