Space Area Manager at INVAP
Luis Genovese is Space Area Manager at INVAP and has more than three decades of experience in the space industry. He led major projects such as the ARSAT-2 geostationary satellite and the SAC-D/Aquarius Earth observation mission for CONAE, in cooperation with NASA and European agencies.
A specialist in project management and satellite systems engineering, he has extensive experience in international cooperation and in leading multidisciplinary teams. Prior to joining INVAP, he worked for Italian companies involved in projects for the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Italian Space Agency (ASI).
He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Argentina and a postgraduate degree in Space Systems Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome.
